Crypto deposits and withdrawals on KRUNA
Updated 27 October 2026
KRUNA's balance is kept in US dollars. Deposits are crypto, in 16 coins and networks, and withdrawals go straight to your own wallet. Card payments are not available yet.
- Coins to deposit
- 16
- Balance kept in
- US dollars
- Minimum withdrawal
- $10.00
- Network fee
- $2.50–$5
- taken from the amount sent
Depositing
- Open the wallet (the Wallet button at the top) and stay on Deposit.
- Pick the coin and network you are sending from. The network matters: USDT on TRC-20 and USDT on BEP-20 are different rails.
- Copy your deposit address, or scan its QR code, and send from your wallet or exchange.
- The balance updates when the network confirms the transfer, usually within minutes, and a notice in the bell tells you when it lands.
Your address for each coin is permanent: save it and send to it again any time. Sends under $3 are not forwarded by the payment provider and do not arrive, so send at least that. A 1.5% processing fee is taken before the amount is credited.
Tether (USDT, TON) and Toncoin (TON) also need the memo (comment) shown next to the address. A transfer without it cannot be matched to your account.

Withdrawing
- Open the wallet and go to Withdraw. It shows two figures: Withdrawable and Unplayed.
- Paste your wallet address and enter the amount, at least $10.00. Withdrawals are paid in USDT (Tron / TRC-20), the dollar stablecoin, so what you cash out keeps its dollar value on the way. Any wallet or exchange holds it; set the receiving side to the same network, because a send to another network can be lost.
- Confirm. Small withdrawals are sent automatically; larger ones get a manual approval first, usually within a few hours.
The network fee, $2.50 to $5, comes out of the amount you send. The wallet shows the current figure before you confirm.
The rules
- Every deposited dollar has to be played through once before it can be withdrawn. Until then it shows as Unplayed. Packs, battles and balance upgrades count in full; a house-game bet counts for less, in line with its lower edge. The rule is one-time, and it is what stops a site being used to swap one coin for another: winnings you sell back are withdrawable at once.
- A first completed deposit is needed before any withdrawal.
- One withdrawal at a time: a new one can be requested when the last one has been paid or returned.
- Wins from free packs count toward Unplayed when you sell them, so a free pack cannot be cashed straight out.
Questions
- What is the minimum withdrawal?
- $10.00, and the network fee comes out of it.
- Why is part of my balance Unplayed?
- Deposited money has to be played once before it can leave. The Unplayed figure goes down as you play and is gone once the deposit has been played through.
- Can I deposit with a card?
- Not yet. Deposits are crypto only.
