A mystery pack is a chance at one of the items listed on it — not a promise of any particular one. That is the whole product, said plainly. Here is what it means for your money.
Four things to be clear about
Every pack lists exactly which items are inside and the chance of each. What you pay for is the draw. What you get can be worth less than the pack cost — often it will be.
Across many opens, the average value a pack returns is below what it costs. That margin is how the shop runs. Publishing the odds makes it checkable, not favourable.
Instant sell pays an item’s full listed value, but packs return less than they cost on average — the margin is in the odds. Buying and selling in a loop still loses money.
Every open is independent. A string of low-value packs does not make a good one more likely, and nothing is ever “due”.
What you can do right now
Your profile lists every top-up, open and withdrawal. Read the total rather than remembering the best pack — the two are rarely the same number.
Open profileDecide the figure before you open the wallet, not after a disappointing pack. Add that much and stop when it is spent. Money you need for rent, food or debt is not spending money.
Email support@kruna.gg and ask for a cool-off or a permanent closure. We will lock the account for the period you name and stop marketing to you. A permanent closure is not reversed on request.
